Skiing (Instruction)

Basic Skiing instruction, in the beautiful mountains of Kashmir, in a safe secure ski resort. At the end of the week, skiers will be acquainted with snow ploughing, side stepping, side slipping, stemming and basic christie. We will also touch upon mountain manners and skiing etiquette from time to time.

Inclusions:

1) Accomodations in a classy boutique hotel with centralised heating. (Twin sharing basis). Furnished rooms with Breakfast and Dinner included.

2) Skiing instructions will be imparted by a certified, experienced skier with vast experience on groomers, back country skiing and expedition skiing.

3) Skiing equipment rentals (skis, boots and ski poles)

4) Transportation from and back to the airport.

5) Lift pass where applicable.

Our approach to instruction is very scientific. We cover the theory behind any technique before practicing the skill. The progression between skills would be seemless and logical. The experience would be wholesome and rewarding. Everyday we will discuss the skills that are to be covered the following day. And every evening we would debrief every individual about their technique, errors and suggest corrections using video footage.

60k for twin sharing.

80k for single supplement;

90k for 1 on 1 instruction along with single supplement. In a nice upscale hotel.

Prices could vary depending on choice of accommodation.

It is possible to opt for budget accommodation with basic heating or 5 Star accommodation with central heating. The prices quoted here are wrt a nice upscale Hotel with Central Heating and other creature comforts.
